At Speir Heating & Air, we do not cut corners to become the cheapest option, and we do not sacrifice our values to gain sales. We want to fix your problem and leave you satisfied.
Depending on who you ask, any of the above qualities could be the most important factor in determining who ultimately earns the business of a customer. All of them are important, and yet, all of them are different. There is no substitute for experience, and we have that in abundance. Not only has our company been serving Middle Georgia for 80 years, but our current staff has been around the block a time or two. There’s not much we haven’t already diagnosed, repaired, or replaced. We have the experience, we continue the training, and we are confident that you’re going to be happy with the service you receive.
Quality of work may be somewhat underestimated in today’s world. Many times, we want a quick, easy, cheap, fix. But often what we get in return is a service that was cumbersome to deal with and a fix that was limited. Meaning, it was not an enjoyable experience and the “fix” only held for a short period of time. That’s where we differ from some of the others, we don’t subscribe to the idea of making a quick sale. We strive to do a high-quality job because that’s the principle our company was founded on 80 years ago. The quality and care our customers receive are second to none.

Speir Heating & Air is family-owned, owned by the same family that founded the business in 1946 and has operated it in Middle Georgia for its entire existence.
