Air Advice Monitoring

We offer the Air Advice service. An air monitor is placed in the home and connected to a phone line. During the early morning hours, it uploads data it has collected to a remote site in Portland, Oregan. The Air Advice company compiles the data over several days and post it back on a secure website that only they and the authorized Air Advice dealer has access to. A report will be issued and recommendations to correct any Indoor Air Quality issues will be provided to the homeowner. Visit or call our office to learn more about this new service offered.

Preventive Maintenance

We offer annual and twice annual preventive maintenance contracts which include complete service of the heating and cooling system, replacement filters, and discounted service should failure occur between visits.

After Hour Service

We do have technicians on call for your after hour needs. After hour rates do apply.

We provide personal consultation service to address your concerns in your home. We provide prioritized solutions to the problems in your home.

Duct Cleaning and Sealing

We recommend having the duct system cleaned and sealed when needed. We use diagnostic tools to determine the need for duct sealing.

New Construction Sales

We offer new construction consultation, custom duct design, and installation.

Replacement Sales

We offer replacement system installation and financing options, with approved credit, for our replacement sales.

Heating and Cooling Repair

We offer repair service for all brands of residential non-modular homes. Our technicians have many years of experience and attend annual continuing education classes to stay up to date with the newest technologies.

Whole House Diagnostics

We have been providing this service for over five years.This service uses state of the art technology to uncover problem areas in the home. Areas addressed are Dust, Allergies, Moisture, Uneven temperatures, High Utility bills, insulation needs, leaky air ducts, and systems that may be improperly sized.

Consumer Protection Division

We partner with the Comfort Institute to provide homeowners with valuable information regarding their homes. We offer special reports which are written in understandable terminology so that our customers can learn about the important issues which can positively and negatively affect their health, comfort, and utility cost.
